alterred a little from first time i made this. the block part is double seed. i think the single seed gives better definition. also edged in blue with single chain crochet stitich

Beautiful job, Steve! Have you ever watched Inspector Linley? It's a British who-dunnit. Nathaniel Parker plays Thomas Linley, the ninth Earl of Asherton who is also a cop. The dvd's can frequently be found in public libraries. I'd say he would wear that scarf.
