I knitted a sweater in 3 days!!!!!!

Just tought i would upload a photo of my latest, may i say FINISHED project. I started it 3 days ago and finished the last seam this morning - quickest item i have ever knitted!!! Ive nearly finished the herringbone vest just need to do the neckband - thats next on my list.

What fun - I love that

What fun - I love that colour effect on the raglan sleeves. People used to think that raglan sleeves were a bit old-fashioned, but that design is hot!

That's looking good Phil. I made one in four days once on my machine, so you've beat me on that. Did you do the sleeves on the machine too? I haven't tried raglan yet.

Hey yes i did the sleeves on the machine too, turned out really well, and did the decreases so i could sew the raglans up nicely to give a neat seam. Thanks for the comment!!!

Haha thanks, although i think i forgot to mention i did d o it on one of my knitting machines so thats why it took me not as long. Im working on a vest by hand at the moment, i'm only about half way up the back and ive been doing it for nearly 2 months!!! I try not to stress at rushing hand knitting so when i want quick knit satisfaction i get on one of my machines!!! Thanks for the comment.

Three days? Amazing. I've been working on a sweater for a month and a half and only have 8" of the body completed. Nice looking sweater. You rock!
