Thanks Bill, I've just started EZ's Seamless Hybrid Sweater and I'm sure I will find it useful.

Have just got back from a few days in Canberra, the national capital, where there was an exhibition of Ballet Russes costumes and it was superb. The National Gallery bought two boxes of them in the 70s for $6000 (what a coup) and has been conserving them for years.
