2nd Beanie complete - Now to graduate into colour work!

Hey guys

I finished off the first beanie that ended up resembling a conehead. It is very tight but I am just happy to have completed it.

I would like to thank the following people for all of your tips and assistance with this project: SmallTownKnitGuy, TallGuy, Bill, ThePook, WillyG, KenKnitter & Teejtc. As for the people who sent through supportive comments, there are too many to mention but you know who you are ;-) - Thankyou, This really did make the world of difference.

I am proud to have joined this group and thankyou all for such a warm welcome.

Here's to many more years of happy knitting.

That's looking good Matthew. Did you use circular needles, or dpns? Are there decreases at the top? Inquiring minds want to know.

I have just started a charity knitting group at work in aid of 'Help for Heroes' with a lot of experienced knitters so, I should start picking up speed soon :-)

lol. I have just had another look at this and it's a bit of a car crash really! The point is I completed it and learned so much.
