I went a bit crazy the past few days. I had the kids with me all day Monday and Tuesday so I essentially had a 4 day weekend. This meant I was able to bang out another pair of socks.
Using up the last of the Lion Brand Fisherman's Wool on Size 3 needles, I fell in love with the scallops on these socks. It was just such a fun pattern to work and see develop as you go. The basic pattern came from the book Knitting Vintage Socks, but I had to adjust it quite heavily for the bulkier yarn, oversize needles and of course my daughter's smaller feet.
She loves them and I actually had to pull them off her feet to get the pictures. :D
