This isn't knitting, but it is fibre arts...I have to say that I'm satisfied with divine justice: puppy dog chewed up a fuzzy vintage mohair blanket: puppy dog should fix it...and she did! I combed and spun some of Julia's brushings into yarn on the spinning wheel then grabbed a tapestry needle and used her fur to reweave the holes! Looks pretty good!

I guess it's too much time on my hands waiting for the election results ...and in all fairness, I need to say that it wasn't Julia, the border collie who did the damage; it was Emmy, my Dad's little Jack Russell. Julia was very gracious about the whole things and will probably get some steak for supper
