Hi Guyz,
Now that I've almost completed my "toe-up how do the heel sock",
I would like to start a new project.
It is kind of a off the wall idea, but I would like to knit a scarf with a QR code but I do not have a computerized knitting machine Brother KH 930,
Photoshop so I guess I could knit by hand this scarf but how do I start?
I saw this video... CRAFT Video: Machine-Knitted QR Code Scarf

What about stranded knitting? Maybe the scarf would make a nice wall hanging...a place mat...a bad idea...knit some thing else?

How do you knit a "mosaic
How do you knit a "mosaic stitch"??

You'll have to read Barbara
You'll have to read Barbara Walker's book "Mosaic Knitting"...essentially it's slipping one colour stitch as you go across...then knitting the other colour on the way back.
I agree with Bill...mosaic
I agree with Bill...mosaic stitch would work really well for this one. Or, perhaps, double knitting so the colors would reverse on both sides. Of course, both involve slipped stitches so mosaic would probably be a good starting point. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.
I Love the idea of doing
I Love the idea of doing something like this in double knit. Think I'll work on that idea for a while and see where it leads me. Now to create the perfect QR code...
That's very Kool! ...you
That's very Kool!
...you could just generate the code...then strand it or do a mosaic stitch...
