Thought you folks might enjoy seeing an upcoming hat "in utero". I'm blending wool and silk on my hand cards- heavy on the silk. The wheel is a Majacraft Green Suzie, which I love. Someday I'd like to try a double drive type wheel. As to the hat, I have no idea yet what it will be as I usually just compose on the needles.
p.s. Can anyone tell me how to include a pic in my post without adding it as a file attachment? Makes me feel numb as a hake.

Love the cat and the yarn.
Love the cat and the yarn. I've only spun silk in very limited amounts. I really like the way it blends onto the wool, though. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

Oooo, Albert I would call the color "Summer Storm". That's the color the sky turns here in the Midwest when tornados are lurking about. I've always thought it was beautiful and dramatic color. When I saw it on my screen it immediatily evoked the smell and taste of hot summer storm.
As for post picts, Mario is right the easiest way is the way you've been doing it. However, Darrel posted this a while back.
