well, you know jay (the winner of the first season) actually did show quite a few knitted items in his show on the finale. it was great to see knit pieces in NY fashion week as well as seeing him win the show.

Yeah, exactly.  Two days is not enough time to do ANYTHING knitted.  The only reason that Jay got knitted and crocheted items in his runway show at Fashion Week was because he had 4 months to get people to do it for him.
