
I changed my user pic to this one because I am yet again trying to knit a sweater for our naked macaw Sonic.
She chewed the shit out of the last one the minute she had it on. Now I am trying silk because apparently they don't like the taste. We'll see about that. On a test run I cut a short bit of recycled sari yarn and gave it to her. She took a bite and pushed it away. Maybe there is hope.
In this pic she had just laid an egg on me.while we were laying in bed watching tv. I held it and let her play with it before we took it away once she lost interest. Macaws lay approx 2pink eggs a year. Well, mine does anyways.
