Ok, it's the week after halloween, and its time to get the christmas tree out and the decorations up. I have finished 6 stockings, they all look good I think.

I got the toe up % based sock formula from stickywarp a year or two ago. I can't find him anywhere in the directory. Does anyone know where stickywarp went or if he changed his ID name?

OK, got the new tattoo and have finished a few hats. I've done a beanie in fishermen's rib. Worked out pretty well. I have also finished my first christmas stocking and felted it.

I want to do a toe up felted christmas stocking. I'm having trouble finding any good patterns. Anyone have such a pattern that they've done? Thanks.

OK, I'm going to start hats soon. Most patterns I've found say knit on circulars and when you start decreasing, you switch to dpn at some point.

Here's a pic of most of the socks I've finished for Christmas presents. I ended up making about 21 pairs. I have a few more I could do, but I just don't think I have it in me!

I think I have perfected the glans up magic loop willie warmer. It took me about 5 tries. I knit the shaft in one color, and after I had enough length, I put the two sides on needle holders.
