I'm having a hard time uderstanding the hood instruction below. Can anyone help?
At beg of next row, bind off 3 sts twice, 2 sts twice, 9 (9, 10, 10, 11, 11) sts twice - 17 (17, 20, 22, 22, 24) sts. Work even for 5 (5, 5 1/2, 5 1/2, 6, 6) in. [12.5 (12.5, 14, 14, 15, 15) cm] for top of hood. Bind off. Sew bound-off edges of hood to top.
Ok so i've spent the past couple days doing something i hate, weaving in end tails. Man oh man did this hoodie have a lot of them...
Any tips for weaving in ends, i always get stuck with a little piece that is to short to tuck in anywhere...
Do you guys just leave it or fasten it with sewing thread or something...
I need some help (yup, more help...). I've been working on a raglan hoodie, last night i finished blocking both sleeves, the front panels and back. Today as i went to sew the back panel and front to the sleeve, i notice the raglan on the sleeve is about an inch shorter than the other two pieces.
Is there any way for me to fix this without having to redo both sleeves?
I was just wonderingif anyone has encountered problems using a knitted sleeve for ipad or iphone.
I was about to make one when the IT guy at work told me i should avoid it as it would generate static which would be bad for the ipad.
What are your thoughts.
I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I want to make a sweater for my hubby, he likes the ones with the big collar that has the buttons that go down the side onto the shoulder. Has anyone seen any patterns like this or know what this kind of sweater is called?
I think the reason i can't find aything is because i'm not searching for the right thing.
Anyone else have ADD when it comes to knitting?
