It has been a time since I have knitted my first project. I think it turned out very well considering a few things. The entire project was knit from the back stitch.

This past week I completed Heather's Scarf. It turned out quite nice.

After a meeting today, I was talking with one of our Arkansas ladies that come up often to assist with one of our Colorado departments.

Mom and I were talking on the phone the other day.

I proudly took my first knitting project to the Men’s group yesterday. I was a bit early, so I sat and worked on it a bit. I think it is coming along at a rather nice pace.

A while back, Joe-in-Wyoming recommended a shop in Casper that he frequents. Today, I went to that yarn shop he recommended. The Dancing Sheep Yarn and Fiber store is a very nice store.

Thanks to the advice of knitmanaic, I went directly to the two wools that I know are British and looked up where you can buy them. Then I started search for shops! Oh my, that worked quite well.

I have always wanted to purchase some UK wool (aka Yarn!). My expectation of the proper yarn shop was a bit lacking.

I'm about ready to crochet in public. Our plane to the UK has been delayed. I brought two projects along with me to do as space is a consideration. I don't have much in terms of carry-on room.

Yesterday, while flat on my back during a 30 minute wait in the exam room at the doctor's office, I was looking at the florescent lights, as there isn't much to review in the new room.
