First Customer

My wife and I organized an area on our sun porch last spring for knitting. It has a couch, rocking chair, dresser, and shelves for yarn storage.

Blocking pad--FYI

I had to block my Noro Scarf recently and had no pads to use. Fortunately I had an old camping pad made out of foam (the kind you use under a sleeping bag).

2 more scarves

I've been knitting feverishly for a few weeks on several things. These are the latest 2 items. The first is a Noro scarf in the feather and fan stitch pattern. It is my first blocking venture.

Felting venture

I bought some yarn at Hobby Lobby while I was in Tennessee. It is 86% wool, 6% mohair, and 8% acrylic. Will it felt?

First Summer Trip

Off to Chattanooga today to see my Granny. Any good yarn shops there? I looked up a few but could not tell. Like to hear first hand experiences. Finishing up with school today.
