I just wanted to show you the backside of this hat. Color stranding is not a hard technique to do, but it is a very detail oriented technique. You have to pay attention to what you are doing or you will end up with a new pattern lol! I am looking toward finishing this hat by the weekend. Even though It looks tight, the material has a great flexibility.

This is my first real attempt at color stranding with a design that is more than just a checkered board. Let's see what happens today when I tackle the main are with the Norwegian Star design.

I just wanted to share my FO of the Honorable Ravenclaw House Scarf. I will be making another hat for this scarf . This is one of my Christmas Gifts to myself. Shhh!

I just got into Ravelry and wanted to let you guys Know! Fun place to be!
I joined the men who knit group there and others. I will look you up! It took about a month or so to get in!

This is a video of my work in progress and the results of my last swap - exchange which I received today and some miscellaneous stuff.

I took a little break from my knitting to do some crochet and continue the Ravenclaw hat.

Just wanted to share the work in progress progress.. I am hoping to finsh this scarf next week. You can see the orange markers are where the stitch is actually slipped.

I am a Harry Potter Fan, and most likely because of the Houses. I know I would have enjoyed being in such a school.

This was a fun project and it has been finished. I actually finished the project with a half double crochet edge. It looks fantastic. I hope you get to see it in the dark, thanks for stopping by.
