So, this is my first yr that I've decided to knit some gifts for people. Being that this is like my 5th yr or so into knitting, you'd probably think I would've done that already, huh?

So, I just posted the blanket that I made on here the other day. I LOVE how it came out, being that it's my first big project. But I'm sad to announce that it'll be leaving me next weekend.

So, I've finished a small, throw-sized blanket about a week ago which took me like 3 weeks to complete.

So once again, I find myself appologizing for neglecting my knitting blog on here. But I won't make a big deal out of it.

So, a couple of weeks ago I was looking for a pattern for Selbu mittens. But lo and behold, I STILL can't find one!

Does anyone know of a website where I can find an English pattern for Scandinavian/ Selbu mittens? Nothing too complicated, but still nice... please help!

I've tried my hand at double knitting before; and I really like it. But I really couldn't figure out how to incorporate color work into it. Now, I finally figured it out thanks to an online tutorial.

So after not being on here for a while, I'm finally coming back! Just saying... please, hold your excitement. =]
