Here it is in all it's blocked out glory. It took less than 8 balls of yarn to complete (what to do with the leftovers *grins*).

Soo so close and getting closer every day I work on it. I was asked "How happy are you?". In response I said it is like a real good book, can't wait to complete it but sad to when it ends.

OMG, I feel like I am so close yet so far from finishing. I completed the first 20 rows of the 2nd lace pattern last night and started the 2nd half. "Toot toot" my own horn.

Here I am again with another update. Finished with ball #4 with 6 more left, but I'm thinking it will take about 8 1/2 balls to complete.

This is a big milestone, I finally completed the first of 2 lace patterns. It was a great feeling to finish the first pattern, I am sooooo ready to work on the 2nd pattern....

I have a friend that is interested in joining this site. A fellow knitter, addicted to the tug of needle & yarn.

Third ball almost finished and still a long way to go. Not too much to add to this update, other than the grand totals. K, k, k2tog, YO, blah blah, over and over....

Almost finished off the 2nd ball. I love this pattern, but the monotony can slow progress. On the plus side, with the extra stitch markers I'm using are keeping my frustration level to a minimum.

Today I finally finished off the 1st of 10 balls of yarn.

Almost completed #5 of 14 lace 1 pattern. I've added the green stitch markers and I'll probably add more markers as the pattern grows.
