Just finished a baby sweater set for Nora, soon-to-be-adopted daughter of our cousin Alex and his husband Ricky. We're thrilled -- and nervous -- for them, hoping all goes as planned.

Some *gorgeous* hand-spun and hand-dyed alpaca has been sitting in my stash, waiting for the perfect project.

I've now finished my first "lace-type" project, the Matthew Shepard Seaman's Scarf by Myrna A.I. Stahman.

Just finished four Willie Warmers adapted from patterns by Robert Jenkins and QueerJoe found on Ravelry.

In a knitted hat, what should the circumference of a hat be in relation to the circumference of the wearer's head?

I'd love to hear about your favorite place to knit. For me, there's nothing more better than sitting on our front porch swing knitting and listening to the world go by.
