Well here it is. It seemed to take forever but it was really just a little over a week but then I had all that time in the car on the way to Taos.

I'm cautiously working my way toward a lace project. This is just a really simple drop garter stitch pattern it was fun and a really realxing project.

Vacation!

Do you all get in trouble for this?

I'm officially over the edge. I only want to make socks. When you guys said it was addictive I thought you were kidding, ha!

This is a UFO I've had sitting around for a couple of months because I can't decide if I really like the funky color combo.

O.K. I finally wore my new socks out and about this weekend and they are warm - dead of winter warm - the kind of warm I only need a few weeks out of the year.

It's really spring here in St. Louis - finally. But now I have something competing with knitting for time - the garden.

Success at last. They fit great and are really comfortable. Unfotunately it is now too warm to wear wool socks. So on to the next pair. I'm having a really hard time finding good guy sock yarn.

I'm having a problem with stitches falling of the back of my DPNs while I'm working the gusset section on socks - when you have all those extra stitches on needles 1 and 4.
