Finished my first sock!

Here's a shot of my first sock. It ain't pretty, but it's comfy. I hope to do a better job on the mate to this one. I somehow goofed up the kitchener stitch at the toe and got things inside-out.

Finally....My first completed project.

I was beginning to wonder if I was ever going to get something completed. The garter stitch scarf is still in progress. I use it at work when there is a likely chance I'll be interrupted.

Increasing, Decreasing, and Frogging

This week I started to learn about increasing and decreasing using YO and K2Tog. The YO was pretty straightforward, but the K2Tog was swift to punish me for knitting too tightly.
