Hi everyone. Hope your summer was happy and healthy. I've been using the left-over balls of yarn and other scrap yarn to make myself a blanket. My using #10 size needles and garter stitch.

Hello all. Hope you are having a good summer. I have been continuing experimenting with combining different colors together from my old yarn.

Hi everyone here. Happy summer to all. I have been trying some new color combinations with left over yarn ( I am resisting the strong urge to buy new yarn!).

Hi Everyone. My baby blanket for my cousin's 2nd kid is almost done. I just cast off the end. I just need to weave in the ends.

Here is a photo of my progress on the baby blanket. I am using garter stitch throughout. It's basically big stripes of solid color. Nothing fancy (so I can finish this and keep my sanity).

I am working on a baby blanket for my cousin's second child ( a girl). I am using Plymouth Encore Worsted yarn in a few shades of grey and green. I am knitting this with #9 needles.

Recently I have been experimenting with using slip stitches to create rows of two colors.

Finally I finished my first knitted pillow. I used Cascade 220 wool yarn (#5 needles) with the "checkerboard" stitch on both sides.

Finally I was able to upload a couple of pictures of my pillow sides. Both sides are the same stitch pattern using Cascade 220 yarn. The colors are greens, gray, and blue.

Here is a picture of a a knit and purl "checkerboard" pattern I am starting on... 4 knit 4 purl repeat....I like the texture and pattern. I am using Cascade 220 yarn on number 5 needles.
