I have heard many people on here raving about the Knit Picks circular sets with the interchangeable tips. So I am thinking of springing for a set.

Just finishing up a fairly nice cable vest, actually its the "Gray Cabled Vest'' on pg.

Decided to try lace , once again. I have had a couple of runs at lace before and always gave up after a few attempts.

I am off to get my tetanus shot this aftenoon.

I am curious. A friend asked me if I would show her how to do The Magic Loop. She wants to show her daughter in law, a new enthusiastic knitter who wants to try socks, and couldnt figure it out.

I just booked my place at Easton Mountain for the Men's Knitting Retreat in May being organised by QueerJoe. I am really looking forward to it. At this point had to book a place in a 4 man room.

I want to try knitting a basic toe up pair of socks. I have done the cuff down now want to try the other direction. Not fancy stitches etc.

This is the second pair of socks I have knit. The first pair was on 5 dpns so I decided to try 2 circulars this time. I haven't yet decided which I prefer since they are both new things for me.

I hope this will work now. If it does, thanks to Mason. As I said, this is one of my many projects that get almost finished and then wait awhile. A baby sweater for a great niece.

It seems my picture was too big to be uploaded. I only vaguely know what that means and have no idea what to do about it. So, I guess you will just have to imagine my work.
