Here is the Feather & Fan Comfort Shawl that I did for my sister, Cheryl. I had myself a Marathon Knitting Weekend and just finished getting it pinned down to the blocking table.

I found this free pattern on Ravelry... some of the pics of other people's projects were so inspiring. It was actually designed to use up "scrap" yarn from other projects.

Every time I head out of town, I try to hit a LYS that I have never been to.

The pinnacle of the LYS experience for me occurred on Monday at The Fold in Marengo, IL.

For Christmas, my knitting buddy, Beth, gifted me with a "Pirouette" as pictured.
