Hey Guys! Andy & I are getting ready to move down to Chattanooga, TN so Andy can be closer to family while he goes back to school full-time.
We have been to a couple yarn shops down there. Three Black Sheep in Signal Mountain and the Genuine Purl in Chattanooga. Just wondering if anyone lives in the area, has further suggestions on places to go or any other tid-bits that may be helpful!

Phew! Just finished setting up The Fold's booth at Rhinebeck. Easy twice as much fiber goodness this year than normal. We even have our luxury fibers, some Lendrum wheels and tons of sale yarns! Don't forget the SOCKS THAT ROCK... including Mill Ends & Rare Gems! Saturday 10a-6p, Sunday 10a-5p at Duchess County Fairgrounds.

It's time for the first big fiber festival of the season - The Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival at the Howard County Fairgrounds just west of Baltimore. This weekend, Saturday & Sunday.

While I am still knitting my fingers to the bone... currently doing a rectangular shawl in a modified Feather & Fan for a friend/co-worker... I am headlong into weaving.

Yeah, it's been quite a while since I've posted... but I have been lurking nonetheless!

It is that glorious time of year again... Rhinebeck!

The Midwest Fiber & Folk Art Fair is this weekend, Friday through Sunday, at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, IL. The Fairgrounds are fully indoors and air conditioned!

It appears as if the never-ending Winter is receeding and Spring is emerging.

This is my newest penannular brooch from www.ThorThorsHammer.com
It is a full 3" in diameter (quite large for a penannular brooch) and perfect for me and my ClapotiSaurus Rex!
