Merry Christmas to all! I finished my Christmas knitting on Dec. 23 -- here is a picture of all the woolen goodies blocking. I got the ends all woven in with time to spare on Christmas Eve!

3 pairs of socks, 2 hats, 1 pair of mittens, 1 pair of slippers, 1 Christmas stocking and a partridge in a pear tree. . . .

Fleegle has unvented a way to knit garter stitch in the round without purling or using wrap and turn. I found this fascinating and can't wait to try it.

I knit these from Regia Strato Color on size 2 DP bamboo needles. They are from a 1936 Minerva pattern and turned out to be more like knee socks.

I started this sweater right after Thanksgiving and finished seaming it Christmas morning at 1:05 AM.

These were a fun project for the last 2 evenings. I knitted them in Tahki Zara Plus, which is a super-wash Merino that was on clearance sale at Jimmy Beans. The pattern is from Knitty: "Fetching".
