I've knitted hats, mittens and so on, and I want to knit a sweater. The heat in my office is laughable at best (came in one morning and it was under 50'F).

so I've only been at this for a week or so, but I seem to be doing pretty okay.

I completed my first non hat scarf garment a couple of weeks ago, and wanted to share it with you.

can anyone recommend a source for green (i.e. made in the US, minimally processed, organically grown, still smells like the hippy that spun it by hand) hemp yarn???

Haven't realy posted about myself in awhile.

But I do have a question. Started a "toe-up" sock class today. Never made socks before.

It occurred to me recently that I want to learn to knit. I don't know where to start. Yes, I know I have to buy a book, but which do you recommend?
