Me again. I am new at this, so don't be made that I post every day. Anyway, I know I don't hold the yarn properly. I am not doing continental or English. I guess I am close to English.

So I just started knitting and very few people know about it. I'm afraid to let my friends and co-workers know. I'm not sure what kind of reaction I would get.

After about 2 weeks of doing this, I am clearly obsessed. I am just about done with my first real scarf, and my wife says I need a matching hat now. Am I crazy for even thinking about this?

Ok, so I got some nice color changing yarn and I am making my first scarf. When I started things were great and the colors were nicely distributed, and looked random.

So I just learned last week how to knit, and was doing fine with the knit stitch. I then looked online and saw how to purl and I think I am doing that right too.
