I am wanting to start offering decorative single point knitting needles that are geared toward men. I need your help in determining what style tops would be most popular. You could call this market research.

Please take a look at the attached picture and post which style tops you like. I will take the input and use it to determine what styles I may offer.

I am currently knitting the Scot Wars Bonnet, a Scottish style cap based on a 17th Century pattern. I really like the simple pattern instructions and I think the bonnet will be great for our clan gatherings. However, one down side of the simple instructions is lack of detail.

Hello fellow knitter! I'm super excited that I found this website and don't know why I didn't think to google "Men who knit" ages ago! Alas, I found the site and happy to be apart of this community. I'm posting in beginners because I've been knitting for a while now but its never really extended beyond dish cloths and slippers.

Just found out that one of my favourite knitting books (published in the 80s) is available to read for free online! It's very difficult to get hold of - I am lucky to have my grandmother's copy. The book, written by Vibeke Lind, was translated into English as "Knitting in the Nordic Tradition" but I guess those copies are just as difficult to find.
