Well it's done in time for Christmas. Finished it last weekend and for using scrap yarn I liked the finished results. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
I got my wife's red scarf finished with a whole day to spare before Christmas. It's in the feather and fan design and it is 6 feet long, so my wife can fold it midway and then tuck the ends through the center in kind of a half Windsor knot. The second picture is more true to the color. I used Knit Picks Shine Worsted Serrano, 60% Pima Cotton, 40 Modal.
you fellow knitters. I have been busy with Christmas projects and getting ready for Christmas as many of you are as well so I haven't been on line in a while. I have made several pairs of socks, and am now working on a pair of pink socks for my partner's brother's while. I will post pictures as soon as I can. May the peace and true meaning of Christmas be with you all :)
