So after a long talk with myself, my family, and only those close to me that I truly call friends, I have decided to pull "MADMAN KNITTING" from the shelves as of August 17 of this year.

Okay... so I'm taking the plunge to learn how to knit continental... I'm having a lot of trouble with how the yarn is held with the left hand....

Hello,
I'm so happy that I want to show you...
I love Knitting, and I hate crochet....
but I still wanted to prove to myself that I could finish a crochet work...

Hi

oh wow, its been too long since I have gotten on here :) so here we go again!
its been a few years, at least, and I have Been learning how to read the patterns.

Hi all,

So yeah, finally finished bear #3 and I think I like this one the best. He's made with chenille think & quick yarn and is so soft and cuddly.
Finish: 01st August 2010
Needles: 2.5 mm - 80 cm Addi Turbo
Yarns: Wollmeise 100% Merino Superwash in "Veilchen" and "Granatapfel" (using the rest that I have from weaving)
Pattern: Judy Magic CO 48 sts, knit the round for the first round then add the colour on the second round *2 red, 2 purple* for the total of two rounds, then move over one stitch and continue in the same manner until the new colour lines up with the second round, then start going back the original way to make a zigzag pattern
