Hey all-
Getting to the bottom of a top down, 2k 3p ribbed sweater in a beautiful Cascade 220 purple, and I'm debating the cast off...

This is a very cute square and I got distracted, but was able to make two with the same flaw, so it was a design lol!

After 1,5 - 2 years of knitting (with many and long-time breaks) I finished - this morning - shawl (18 colors) for my friend from museum (by Kaffe Fasset`s design).

Did this a couple of months ago and just got back on to MWK.

Finally I finished my first knitted pillow. I used Cascade 220 wool yarn (#5 needles) with the "checkerboard" stitch on both sides.

I had the pleasure of hanging out with ChiKnitterGuy today at the Midwest Fiber & Folk Art Fair. We met lots of wonderful fiber folks and each of us made some strategic purchases.

I am trying to embark on my first ever sweater. I have never done a swatch, but I understand if the garment is going to git when I'm done, I've got to start work in the correct gauge.

This is a repost from another list. Colin is a socknitter from the UK. He has some medical problems, but is very prolific as a socknitter.

I believe i have made peace with myself with this one.
a. i'm using the light blue that i bought and didn't know what to do with!
