Have finally taken the time to learn to photo and post!

An extra entry as the photo of these didn't attach yesterday.

I'm going to start an afghan for a friend who just bought a new house. The measurements are 48x60 and as a guy who is 6' tall, 60 inches just isn't long enough for an afghan.

I finished the Charlotte's Web Shawl from Knits from a Painter's Palette. I didn't use Koigu as the pattern called for, but Noro Kureyon Sock yarn on size US-6 needles.

Finally my last work shift is over and the boy and I are headed to San Francisco for a much needed rest for 17 days (eh vacation?

Ok guys. I'm looking for opinions here. How wide do you like your scarves to be?

Two pairs of recently finished socks, Twisted Stitch pattern from The Knitting Man(ual) and a pair of generic socks.

I am fine doing combined purl stitches for stockinette stitch but I am not quite sure what to do for ribbing. Can someone point me to the best online demo?

I will have a Video later on, and I will add the video to this posting, I am uploading the video to You tube.
