Here is a picture of my next project. It is a cardigan for one of my roommates. So far I have the front and back and just a couple of inches on the right sleeve.

I'm about to embark on my next ridiculous project but I'm trying to plan this one out in advance.

just finished in between project for friend's bday gift. it was free download found at http://smariek.blogspot.com designed by s.m. kahn

So simple is good I suppose - simple designs knit quickly, are great for last minute gifts, and don't require an extraordinary amount of time or focus.

What can I say - they just keep crowding the space between my ears.
I've signed up for a lace exchange and am hoping to knit up the center of this as a square doily for the exchange.

What is it with us and directions. Do we have some gene that inhibits our ability to read/ask for directions?

So, I have just started on my first pair of Gloves (the 'Dashing' gloves without the cables). I am using a set of 5 double pointed needles, #7 and some Lamb's Pride worsted.

Well, here it is, my first cable project. It is the Irish Hiking Scarf. I was suppose to start it on worsted weight yarn but I kept making mistakes because the yarn was so small.

I found this free pattern on Ravelry... some of the pics of other people's projects were so inspiring. It was actually designed to use up "scrap" yarn from other projects.

This yarn is handspun and hand dyed, very soft for the bottom of a hat, need some fot material to cover your ears ? This is your yarn. The Color is Christmas Green!
