I had to go to DC for a week last week. I wanted to see how I would feel about knitting on a plane and in the airport. Wasn't as much or a challenge as I had hoped.

Now this could just be a man thing - and apologies to anyone who's seen this before - but inside an airmail parcel received the other day was my brand-new Row Counter Plus, what must be one of the most technologically advanced aids for the hand knitter.

I used to work for a major airline up until 1999 in the Reservations department.
I've just finished my second project, a hat that was supposed to fit my partner but ended up fitting my daughter.
