Yeah! Knitty Fall Edition now on-line

If you haven't been impatiently checking the Knitty website in the last day or so, you may not know that the autumn (fall?) edition of this on-line magazine is now available. Along with our very own "Men Who Knit", Knitty has to be one of the best resources for news and creativity on the net (they aren't paying me to say this, not even in free yarn).

Two new patterns

yesterdeay I was frustrated - couldn't knit - but had designs rumbling around in my head like bumpercars; so now have two new shawl patterns to post.

Much Confused

Cardigan for my sister

Christmas is coming so I have set aside my own sweater and am knitting a sweater for my sister. It is my own design of a basket weave with a horseshoe cable on either side of the opening.

Cardigan for Myself

I wanted to try something to challenge me and since it was summer i thought i would work in cotton. This sweater is from Men In Knits by Tara Jon Manning and the pattern is knitted flat.
