
I am working on a Forest Canopy Shawl and remember that some of you have finished this project. I am using a wool alpaca blend on 5.5 mm needles and have about 200 stiches on the needles now.
If you were to knit a hemp shopping bag in the round, what sort of stitch would you use to reinforce the base? linnen stitch? knit into the last row twice?

I'm looking for photos of finished projects knit from my designs.

I find I am absolutely dependent on stitch markers when I do the Fair Isle pattern knitting. I mark out each pattern repeat by both width and depth.
