Another chemo cap. This one is made from Knitpicks Shine Worsted in Hollyberry. The picture does not do the yarn justice, it is a very rich dark red, just beautiful.

This is another hat I have made to donate to chemo patients. It is made from a hand painted merino yarn I purchased on Etsy.

Okay, so I'm "relearning" knitting in Continental style. I'm noticing that the stitch is REALLY loose, but I can't seem to pull it tight, what do you do???
So, I know this is completely self-glorifying, but I feel like all of y'all are my friends! I've been on here for a while, and you have all helped me with a bunch, whether ya know it or not!

Gentlemen-
OK, on row 54 of the "Tree of Life" afghan (pix to follow...) and grafting in new skeins...

This is my second go-round on 'VKandis Sunlord' Shawl. This is up to row 67 - the first round of "rays" is done, the seoncd is almost closed and the third has started.

Today I finally finished off the 1st of 10 balls of yarn.

I'm interested in finding a knitting club, preferably with a few other men, in the Portland Oregon area. Can someone point me in the right direction to find such a thing?
[addendum]

For my sins, I've offered to knit a pair of socks for the BIL of a friend. The measurements I have been given, and I quote

I have two sisters,......hence one of two sweaters for them.
