
Just off the needles, the Twisted Stitch sock from The Knitting Man(ual) by Kristin Spurkland. The yarn is a superwash sock fine fingering weight with a tight twist from Brooklyn Handspun in a subtle solid, Daily Denim. A delight to knit with. Needles were 2.5mm dpns.

Here are a couple of new projects that I am working on. Both projects come from my LYS. The one is going to be a throw with 12 blocks.

I actually figured out how to read my comments and I did get some replies. So here is the pattern for some easy slippers. Eight year olds have made it. It's an old one of Granny T's.

The bowl I knitted and felted for the 100 bowls of compassion came out reasonably well. I used my Paton's Soy-Wool-Stripes yarn.

So, I have been working on a hat and things have been going fairly well until I had to move it onto the DPNs.

My lys lady let me hold a $300.00 skein of Vicuña the other day. It was approximately 2" in diameter x 2" tall. Not much! It was very soft though.
