
Well, I get to keep the black and white fair isle cap.

My first project is evolving. After learning the purl stitch, my garter stitch scarf has begun to evolve. The garter stitch transitions to a band of seed stitch, then moss stitch.

I am a cherry tree in my backyard that I am taking down. I am willing to provide lots of cherry wood to anyone who would like such.

Has any body had trouble with this Shetland pattern or is it just me?

I need help with a 24 carats shawl...... on row 9 it say K2, YO, *K3, YO, K1, PM, K1, YO* 4 times K3, YO, K2 and on row 10 say k1 purl until end and k1... i have this part.....

So, I have been debating the whole ball winder dilemna, I didn't want to spend $50.00 on a winder, and I didn't want the super cheap winder either. Lightning struck, I had an idea!

I found this stuff in a little shop in Jerome, AZ. It's silk fibers that have been swept up at a silk mill in Nepal and then spun into yarn.
