Here is the orchid yarn starting to fill up the spool. I'm waiting for delivery of some Cheviot fleece from Pennsylvania so that I can spin the white yarn. I've already spun up some of the black.

I am starting to spin up the yarn for a sweater that will be my first attempt at steeking. I will use three colors: Orchid, White and Black.

Here are some of my WIP and some FOs, plus blocking the Slythering and a ThanksGiving Salutation!

on page 96-101 there's a pattern call Argyle Pullover Vest. I'm thinking about doing it in the round.

I bought the little ones on the plate and decided I needed to try to make some. The larger three are the ones I came up with.

This is a pretty basic question. I heard a very experienced knitter say that when she knits the pieces of a sweater she always knits the first stitch in every row.

I was wondering if anyone has this bag, or know anyone that does.

This video actually makes me want to cry. I'm not sure what to think about it. It's beautiful to watch...
If I couldn't knit anymore, I think I'd be totally lost.

when i taught my self how to knit. i learn to knit in the back loop. did i teach my self a wrong way of knitting?
