I'm just in a good mood. This is the beginning of my favorite time of year, and I'm just happy and want to tell folks.

Inspired by all of you lace knitters, I bought some silk and merino in fingering weight and found an easy pattern to knit this scarf.

Finally it arrived in today's mail, my latest ebay purchase. I am now the proud owner of the Hand Knits for Men pattern book.

This is one of the socks from "Fancy Feet" by Anna Zilboorg, she collected colours and designs from Turkey.

Well I just finished a hat that I started yesterday. I am amazed that I would have been finished the same day if I did not have interruptions!

ok so first time blogging here. never really had anything to say till now. i just completed my first crochet blanket. i know this is a knitting site but i do both.

I am working on a scarf, and I've been ribbing the whole thing. Now that I'm about halfway done, I'm thinking that I want the first several inches to be done in garter stitch, rather than ribs.
